Trauma
We have extensive experience in helping those with trauma and the intense symptoms associated with it. Our therapists work with acute, chronic and complex trauma.

Depression
We work with those struggling with depression in all levels of severity including medication-resistant depression.

Career Help
It seems unrealistic to have to choose a career path as young as 18, and know that it aligns with our personality, values and skills. We understand that individuals of all ages may feel their career is incongruent with their needs and goals. Our therapists can help you understand yourself better and your goals so that you can start on a new path to a more fulfilling career.

ADHD
Our therapists have experience in working with people who struggle with the intense symptoms of ADHD by creating manageable and attainable goals. We provide compassionate care in which clients are seen as wholly capable.

Parenting
Parenting can be a huge challenge especially in the fast-paced world of today with men and women juggling careers, families and trying to maintain their identity through it all. Our therapists can support individuals who are struggling with the often times unrealistic expectations that come with parenting kids of all ages and how to cope through it and develop skills to manage anxiety around parenting.

Gender Identity & Sexuality
Our therapists are queer-affirming and create a safe place to process the challenges that come with identifying as LGBTQ+. We want you to be able to freely explore your identity and sexuality without shame.

Eating Disorders
& Body Image
We have therapists who have extensive experience in treating and working with those suffering with eating disorders and negative body image. We are here to help you develop a healthy relationship with food and your body and all the amazing things it is capable of.

Boundaries & Relationships
We love a good boundary but we know how hard it can be to determine what feels right to you, how to implement them and stand firm in that implementation. Our therapists have extensive experience in helping people identify their own needs and communicate them in all relationships in their lives.

Addiction & Codependency
We understand how struggling with addiction can impact every aspect of one’s life. We have therapists on staff who have worked in addiction inpatient treatment settings, outpatient programs and in private practice to help those working towards recovery, maintaining sobriety or exploring their relationship to substances.

Grief, Loss & Chronic Illness
Our therapists are able to help you process grief and loss of all types, and we understand that each person has a unique way of processing these complex feelings. We also can help support those struggling with chronic illness or loving someone with a terminal or chronic illness, and the grief and loss surrounding illness.

Individual Therapy
If you are hoping to create change on your own, individual sessions will be great for you. Sessions last about 45-60 minutes. I like to work collaboratively to determine your goals and nurture you towards the best version of you based on your goals.

Couples Therapy
Couples sessions last between 45 and 60 minutes. You and your partner might be a good fit for couples therapy if you are hoping to address a common goal. If you are unsure whether or not you would like individual or couples therapy, let's discuss that together to see what is right for you.

Supervision and Consultation
One of my passions is helping other clinicians and students. I am happy to provide supervision or consultation to individuals looking to expand their knowledge base in the field, process counter-transference, and help them hone their own unique approach to grow their practice.
