Online Couples Therapy in Illinois

Virtual Couples Counseling | Telehealth Sessions

The number one response we hear when we recommend couple’s therapy to people is, “we aren’t in that bad of a place yet.”

Strengthen Your Connection Through Online Therapy

Many couples say, “We’re not in that bad of a place yet,” when they first hear about couples therapy. The truth is, you don’t have to wait for a crisis to seek support. At Ursa Counseling & Wellness, we believe that healthy relationships are built through ongoing care, communication, and understanding, not just in moments of conflict.

Our virtual couples counseling in Illinois offers a safe, supportive space to explore your relationship dynamics, improve communication, and strengthen emotional intimacy. Whether you’re navigating a recent challenge, adjusting to a new life stage, or simply wanting to reconnect, our therapists are here to guide you.

Each online session is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to your relationship. During your first sessions, we’ll take time to learn about each partner’s background, communication style, and shared history to create a plan that truly fits your goals.

Our couples therapy sessions typically last 45–60 minutes, allowing both partners to be heard and understood. Using evidence-based techniques such as Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Gottman-informed approaches, we help couples rebuild trust, enhance closeness, and find new ways to connect.

Take the first step toward a stronger relationship. Schedule a phone consultation to learn how our virtual sessions can support you and your partner.
