Job Summary
Boshardy Counseling & Consulting is a boutique therapy practice looking to expand and we are completely virtual. As we are growing, we are looking for an independent contractor who will help us develop a positive reputation within Illinois and Chicagoloand and contribute to the environment we aim to create. At Boshardy CC we aim to be a relaxed, friendly and professional work environment.This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking for a flexible, part-time schedule with the possibility of evolving into a full-time position, depending on your goals. All the technical and administrative responsibilities are taken care of and you aren’t responsible for any overhead.
Preference will be given to candidates who have:
- Master’s Education
- Clinical licensure in the State of Illinois (LCSW, LMFT, LCPC)
- Have a niche certification, training or extensive experience with specific populations,
- At least 2 years post-licensure experience and/or have completed their CAQH application,
- A strong interest in being an active team member who can offer and receive clinical peer support
As a member of Boshardy CC you can expect the following:
- 1099 Independent Contractor position
- 10-15 clinical hours per week with potential to move full time to 25 hrs/per week
- 100% remote work
- Steady stream of referrals and marketing paid for
- Competitive fee-for-service compensation with ability to increase fee when full-time hours are met
- Billing and credentialing to be handled for you
- Monthly consultation meetings with the team
- Direct line of communication with the owner for questions throughout the month in between meetings
- User-friendly Electronic Health Record System that includes the video platform for sessions
- Company email
Compensation is based on a percentage of clients seen. Opportunities to make more as you build your caseload. Average full time caseload is achieved between 3-6 months.
